What do you ship?
All of our products are shippable, and will be shipped when all personalization is complete.
When do you ship?
Your order will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date your order is received depending upon the amount of custom personalization required.
Because of the custom nature of each product and the ability to personalize a hat or garment with a player number, we typically can ship a product within 10 working days form receipt of custom order. If you need an item sooner than that time frame, just let us know and we will try to accomodate your request.
Where do you ship to?
At present we currently only ship to any state within the United States. At this time we do not offer International shipping options.
How do you ship?
At present, we use the USPS to ship our goods to you. Tracking information will be provided to you upon shipment of your order.
Standard Priority Mail, Express Mail rates apply depending upon method of shipping selected at checkout. Shipping rates are provided in your shopping cart prior to check-out.
Shipping times may vary, but generally speaking, you should receive your order within 2 business days after it has shipped if using USPS Priority Mail.
All attempts are made to be aware of the environment when we ship your product and we will try to use recycled packing materials when appropriate to do so.
